Club Outings last year:

Sat 12 April Carron Valley
Lovely sunny warm weather, four boats split between ten anglers. Every boat caught fish, twenty four in one boat, with the heaviest fish falling to Tony Stears, a 1lb 6oz brownie in lovely condition. Another good fish, 1lb 4oz, and his first scottish trout, was caught by Muir Hamilton on only his second club outing. Fish were moving all day and it was a struggle to come off the water at the end of the day. Looking forward to the Gladhouse.

Sat 10th May Gladhouse Reservoir
After a week of rain and high winds we were greeted by a fairly bright day but with very strong winds. Those unlucky enough not to have brought an electric outboard found it very hard work rowing up the loch. The water was very coloured but there were still a few fish caught. Robin Atwell got the heaviest bag with three fish and Tam Hailey had the heaviest fish. (estimated since no scales were available). Around the first island proved to be a popular spot, mainly because it was out of the wind!!!! Weekend away to Bridge of Orchy is next weekend 17&18 of May 2003.

Sat 31st May Loch Awe

Sat 14th June Loch Leven

Sat 13th September Lake of Menteith
